The SC AKTAPA ORTOPEDICA SRL company was founded in December 2006. The head office was at first in Oradea, now it is at Sântion, where 40 qualified workers are participating in the production process. This is the first orthopaedic footwear company in Romania, where special quality, made to measure shoes are produced in bigger quantities. During its activity the mother firm from Hungary has made more than 100.000 analysis of the feet; from over 15 years it produses orthopaedic and diabetic, and specials insoles for those people who consider relevant the health of their feet. The products of SC Aktapa Ortopedica SRL, manufactured for ortopaedic-, diabetic-, special measures- and kid's feet, provide efficient solution for solving and also for preventing the foot diseases.
